Catherine has extensive leadership experience, proven problem solving abilities and
professional integrity, and is skilled in business assessments combining
critical management functions. Catherine
has demonstrated success in early stage, rapid-growth and challenged business
environments and is an effective change agent. She possesses the rare ability to relate well
at all levels within an organization and across all functional groups within a
business. Whether in the boardroom or on
the shop floor, Catherine’s professionalism, tenacity and positive spirit have
energized her associates with new and creative thinking. She has demonstrated
skills in identifying and executing successful business strategies and brings
strong, decisive leadership to the realization of the goals.
Before forming Lumina Partners, Catherine served in a
variety of senior management roles including Vice-President of Global Services
for a large telecommunications firm and was responsible for strategic
alliances, budget planning and analysis, real estate portfolio management,
procurement, and all support functions on a worldwide basis. Working closely
with business partners, she built the systems and infrastructure to balance the
firm’s strategic goals with operational mandates and cost controls.
Catherine
holds an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business of the University of
Rochester, and a BS in Mathematics and Economics from the College of St.
Elizabeth. She is a charter member of
NAPM and served on the Corporate Board of Directors for the Rochester District
YMCA.
