Diana Kurty, CPA

Diana is a senior executive with a proven track record of broad-based leadership in financial strategy and controls, operations, treasury, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, human resources and facilities management. She has demonstrated through both her technical skills and leadership experience the ability to bring about positive change and improved profitability in organizations ranging from start up companies to billion dollar organizations.

Before joining Lumina Partners, LLC, Diana served in a variety of senior financial leadership roles including Vice President Finance of Sutherland Global Services, Chief Financial Officer of IEC Electronics and Vice President and Corporate Controller of Goulds Pumps. Diana began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was promoted through the ranks to the position of Senior Audit Manager.

Diana graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Lawrence University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is a member of the Board, Audit and Finance Committees of the University of Rochester Medical Center, a member of the Board and Chair of the Finance Committee of WXXI, a member of the Board, Audit and Finance Committees of Visiting Nurse Service and a member of the Advisory Board of the St. John Fisher Accounting Department. Diana was a finalist in 2002 for the prestigious Athena Award.
